Planned
Giving - The Ursula Society
A
will is a very important document for you and your loved ones. The foundation
of an estate plan, a will is an outline to help you distribute the assets
you have worked a lifetime to earn. Without proper planning on your
part, the state will determine who will receive your belongings after
your death.

Helping the Ursuline Sisters of Louisville
Those organizations and good causes you have assisted during your
lifetime will miss that help when you are gone. However, through
your will you can continue to be a part of the Ursuline Sisters
of Louisville.
Supporting
the Ursuline Sisters of Louisville beyond your life. By becoming
a member of the Saint Ursula Society, you not only show your generosity
by including the Ursuline Sisters in your will, but prove your commitment
to partnership in continuing the legacy of Ursuline founder Saint
Angela Merici.
If
you have any questions please feel free to contact Cathy Wachtel,
Director of Development at (502) 896-3938.

The
Saint Ursula Society
The
Saint Ursula Society was established in 1992 to recognize individuals
and couples who help continue the mission of the Ursuline Sisters
of Louisville by including the sisters in their estate plans.
The society is named for Saint Ursula who was not only well-beloved
in Brescia, Italy, but also had a strong following in Germany in the
16th century.
Saint Ursula was chosen as patroness by Saint Angela Merici when she
formalized her followers into a company. Members of her company were
the forerunners to the Ursuline Sisters of today.
